Stay in the holiday home
Minimum of two nights, check-in from 3 pm and check-out at 10 am
On the day of arrival you can in principle use Waterhill's bed & wellness from 3 pm. On the day of departure, you must leave the holiday home by 10:00 am. Please inform us of different arrival and check-out times. On arrival you will be welcomed with a short tour where you will receive an explanation about the operation of the wellness in particular.
Climbing stairs is unavoidable - Two flights of stairs 1) from the entrance hall at the front door to the house on the 1st floor and 2) from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor.
Children under the age of 16 are only allowed in the wellness area under supervision. This is mainly for the safety of younger children, but also because there is valuable equipment that needs attention. In other words, the wellnes is not a children's playground.
The holiday home is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed outside on the terrace.
No open fire may be used outside.
Pets are not allowed.
The rent includes kitchen package, bath towel package and bed linen, coffee and tea.
The use of gas, water and electricity is included, but we ask you to use this wisely.
Subletting or subletting is expressly prohibited.
The stay of more people in a holiday home than agreed on the reservation, or the maximum of 6 people applicable to the home, is expressly not permitted without our permission, unless otherwise agreed in writing. This can lead to the premature termination of the rental agreement on our part, without refund of rent. With permission for an extra person, a surcharge of € 65.00 per person per night will be charged.
The stay of more people in the wellness area than agreed on the reservation, or the maximum of 6 people applicable to the house, is expressly not permitted unless otherwise agreed in writing. This can lead to the premature termination of the rental agreement on our part, without refund of rent.
Moving cupboards and beds, as well as sound or television equipment or taking any part of the indoor inventory outside with you - except of course crockery, glasses and cutlery for your meal outside - is expressly not allowed.
You can park for free on the public road.
There is camera surveillance at the entrances of the house.
